BDS Warranty Policy
BDS. warrants our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year parts and (3) years labor from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferrable.
BDS liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at it's option, any defective product. Any replacement parts/products shall be new or serviceable used and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or thirty days from the date of shipment, whichever is longer, provided the product is returned, transportation charges prepaid to BDS with BDS's prior authorization.
The limited warranty does NOT cover any damage to the product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, modification, or repair of product other than BDS.
Optional 3-Year On-Site Warranty
In addition to our standard one (1) year limited warranty, BDS offers an optional 3-year on-site extended warranty. Contact us for further details.
Should a product fail during the first year's warranty period, certain procedures should be followed for BDS to serve you more efficiently. Any return product will not be accepted unless it is packed in the original shipping container with complete parts, manual, and accessories.
Before shipping the product back, you must first obtain a RMA number. RMA numbers will only be issued by phone. The following must be available to request a RMA number:
